The Hoke County Sheriff’s office is searching for Justin Damaro Sheppard. Justin is a 22 month old black male approximately 18 inches tall weighing 30 lbs he has unknown color hair and unknown color eyes. Justin was last seen wearing a red jumper. The abductor, Daronlo Lamont Billinger is described as a black male, six feet two, 240 lb black short hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing black pants and a black coat. They were last seen traveling on foot into the woods at 110 owl court in Raeford North Carolina.
