Dallas police issued an Amber Alert for two missing children Wednesday night. The youngsters are believed to be with a man identified as Christopher Anthony Garcia, 24. Police said the children could be in grave jeopardy and every available officer and some federal agents are involved in the urgent search. Garcia is known to frequent the area of South Polk Street and Highway 67 in Oak Cliff. There is no further description of him or his vehicle available..
