The child was wearing OLIVE GREEN WINTER COAT, JEANS, BLACK TENNIS SHOES .The Kent County Sheriffs Office says the child was alleged abducted by MELISSA ANN HRUSKA_26 years old, W/F, 5-4 INCHES , 120 LBS BLOND HAIR suspect vehicle is MERCURY COUGAR, RED 1999 WITH MI PLATE 6JRR40.
