How to Install MCID on a MAC



  • 1. Plug My Child ID into your computer USB port

  • 2. Double click the Get Adobe AIR.webloc file to access and download Adobe AIR

  • 3. Install Adobe AIR on your hard drive

  • 4. Return to My Child ID window and double click My Child ID.AIR to launch the application. Important: the application may take 20 seconds or more to open

  • 5. Open your account
