On February 27, 2009 2-year-old Breanna Woodside was taken by her father, Miles
Woodside, considered “armed and dangerous” by Frankfort authorities. Breanna was located in Monterrey, Mexico on March 3 and reunited with her mother. The successful resolution of this case was attributed directly to the AMBER Program.
